A Yank SS 3800 or TCS 3800 would be my first choices, but a Vig 3200 will do the job too.

I really like the Yank Converters but I was speaking with "the one who builds the transmissions" and he said that he prefers the vig converters b/c they had better workmanship involved. I really do like the Yank converters but I have just heard about them chattering and lock up problems. I thaught they have GREAT products but I just don't want to deal with that right now since this car is my only driver for right now.

I WILL speak with a Representative from Yank and PI next week.

TCS 3800 2.35 str with a lowered shift extention. They're built like a block of steel, each one is custom built for your setup, unlimited free restalls, and a three year warranty. Mikey at Rapid Motorsports is cutting 1.2 60's with his so obviously they can kick some ***.

Is this a HARD hitting converter? I personally haven't riden in any converter cars but I hear the Vig's hit pretty hard. I wan't something that is going to respond to nitrous as well.

I have a TCI SS3500, it has the anti-balooning plate in it for nitrous use. Im not sure how it will act, havent installed it yet. Im mainly a bolt on 125 shot setup.

I gotta go with ragtop on this one. I have the yank SS3800 and the FLP level IV tranny and love 'em. The SS3800 daily drives like my old yank 3000 and hits a hell of a lot harder at the track. I'm glad I took out the 3000 and put in the 3800 when I did the FLP tranny swap. Couldn't be happier
