Is it possible to shorten the shifter length? Its just too high for me. I know it is probable but I dont know how far down the center bar ends and the spring begins. Gonna run down and take off the console to check it, if anyone knows if I can cut it down maybe 2-3 inches let me know.

 

ok, maybe 2-3 was an little exagerated, i would probably do 1-2 inches.
