Default Torque Value for Flexplate bolts

I've read that the flexplate torque # is 75ftlb's Does that sound about right?? What about a small dab of Loctite for added safety on each one?

Thanks

Flexplate to crank is 74 ft lbs. I always use red loctite.
If you have new GM bolts they come with thread locker on them.
