Default Shipping a transmission
Is it cheaper to go through a freight company or to just take the trans on a pallet to the trucking company?
Anyone know?
FWIW yesterday I sent a 4L80E from FL to MS for $114, total weight with a small pallet was 210lbs dry without converter. I went with a freight quote company, seems they would need to get their cut of the money for doing half the paperwork.
