Prob's after used tranny install
Prob's after used tranny install I just installed a 4l60E that supposed to have upgrades on it, but I wouldnt be able to tell one way or the other... Anyways when I am at wot the car upshifts way too soon. I checked the fluid level its full when hot. Im in 3rd gear at like 60-65 with my 3.42's. Even in first it wont redline. Other than that the tranny seems fine. All gears work. Just none of em want to go too far.
Anyone have an idears?
Also the tranny mount is almost broken but thats not gonna cause this im thinking.... But I will be changing it soon. Thanks,

You need to get the car on a scanner first, The 4l60e in no way controls its own shift points it can only do what its told nothing more or less. You need to see whats being comanded,
