Transgo HD-2 installed now 3-4 delay, HELP
I need some advice on this one. I installed the Transgo HD-2 shift kit into my 4L60e tranny on the weekend. I took it for a drive and noticed that the 3-4 shift is delayed it happens 200-300 higher than normal under light / medium acceleration. All other shifts are at the same RPM and all the shifts are firm and crisp. I did notice that when I took out the larger servo piece that a small chunk was missing out of the seal but it was not damaged all the way through, Could this be my problem? Any advice would be great thanks!

Any seal that has a piece missing is going to leak when pressure is applied .
If the seal is the one on the piston just inside the cover , that is the band apply servo in 4th gear and would most likely be your problem !!

I called Transgo, they said to reset the PCM... I'll let you guys know if it works. The kit only came with 2 servo seals and I replaced them. the seal that had the nick did not come in the kit.
