Unhappy Transmission fluid 1/2 quart low!

Just recently, I noticed my transmission sometimes shifting softer from 1st to 2nd (even at half throttle, with the Hypertech tune firming up the shifts). The few times I had it floored, it still shifted nice and firm when it should (chirping in 2nd).

I decide to check my tranny fluid and added one-half quart, took it out again and it's shifting like it should once again. The fluid was flushed 2000 miles ago and still looked pinkish-red.

Should I be worried about possible damage to the transmission? Thanks!

Probably not but it does show that with the 60e there is no such thing as a little low.

Are my clutch packs shot? It was not slipping when it was not shifting, just felt a bit softer (as if I did not have a tune on my transmission). That said, is it possible the 'firmer shifts' saved the transmission somewhat?

I know it wasn't good for them. I was just curious to know if I would've been worse off if I didn't have the firmer shifts programmed in.

Just tested it again, still seems normal.

EDIT -- No SES lights resulted from this scenario.

Its hard to say there , It may have helped some since even high pressure compressed air and fluid is better than low pressure of the same lol
