Default Torque Converter Clutch question

I had my 4L60E in my 99 Z28 rebuilt by the local Chevy dealer about 3 months ago (he DID beef it up a little with a Beast sunshell and billet shift servos for me), and I went with a TCI Super Street Fighter 3500 stall converter for it. Ever since the car's been back together the TCC intermittently drops out of lockup while driving down the road, whether it's in 3rd or 4th gear. I'm just trying to find out if that's a tuning issue (I just have a Hypertech Power Programmer III D/Led in it currently) or is it because of the higher stall converter. Any help is greatly appreciated!

use the programer to observe if lockup is being enabled/disabled first

Hmm then you may need to take it somewhere where they have a scanner like the snapon or otc scanners you can look at the data stream on , I am thinking it may be a tuning issue since the converter does lock some issue like engine missfire etc but that will be able to make the determination
