Not like it matters. I never stripped a converter bolt, grabbed the tools to get the bellhousing bolts and took them out, dropped the trans and got on with life. If it's that difficult call a flat bed and let someone else do it if everything you touch gets fucked up.

i would have to admit about all the hype being blown a little out of proportion. i didnt have poly mounts though. i did use tons of extensions and i could see the bolts perfectly with the crossmember unbolted and tranny hanging down. i was back at the tail of the trans turning the ratchet for the top ones. my converter bolts had allen head centers, which i bought a set of sockets for, but also had a bolt head on the outside so i didn't even end up needing them.
