Where to purchase TH400 kits? Whats the best place to purchase TH400 kits for the LS1 and best prices. Been outa the loop for a while, deployments do that to ya.....

Re: Where to purchase TH400 kits? Still seems to me that it's cheapest to get your parts from a local shop or another shop with a good rep. Yank's prices are outrageous. BMR has a nice crossmember which will keep you from having to do any fabrication except for the mount for the shifter.

M6 crossmember, Carl Rossler Transmission complete with VSS, VSS wire from dealership (PN 12085498) , shifter, driveshaft, 1.25" trans mount spacer (just a chunk of steel with two holes in it to space the gap of the tailshaft and transmount), Madman dipstick tube, Tranny cooler (Derale 16 pass 10" fan works really good, comes with -6 fittings on it), 3 45deg -6 fittings (only 2 for the trans if the cooler does not use AN fittings), 1 straight -6 fitting (only if the cooler uses AN fittings), 15' -6 line, Derale fan temp switch (20 bucks and works like a champ), Autometer trans temp gauge, torque converter from wherever and flexplate from TCI or Madman.
There's your kit. Substitute your own parts as you see fit.
