UGH!!! Need FLP Tranny Help (E-Clips)
UGH!!! Need FLP Tranny Help (E-Clips) finally got the flp level 4 in and after about 3 minutes of running the damn tranny line pops off <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
i keep putting it back on and it just pops off again. where do i go from here? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> maybe im not putting it on right and just got lucky with the other one staying on.
I put it in the little plastic cover piece and then i push it on until it clicks. i wiggle it and it does seem a little looser than the other one but everytime i get the click and push hard as hell. i dont drop it down any either ive been just leaving it up and pushing it on.

i was putting in the white cap and then trying to put the line in and then the cap with the clip. <img border="0" alt="[bang head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />
THEN i get to backing out the driveway and my damn driveshaft is grinding on my custom driveshaft loop. i was like wtf now <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />
so i dropped the exhaust, put the jack under the loop brace and bent that biotch til i had good clearance <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
finally drove it. damn i forgot how many creaks my car has all the vibs of the exhaust/cam/heads.
also a 4200 stall is definitly a difference feeling than my st3500 was. feels like im gonna hurt the car when i drive it LOL <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
drove for 20 minutes and temps never got over 185. i think thats good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: UGH!!! Need FLP Tranny Help (E-Clips) You can actually do it either way. Its just a lot easier to the put the e-clip and just push hard on the line than the other way. A set the Helms manuals would have been helpful for you.
