ok..i have a 99 ws6 with the mods in my sig

my question is sometimes at half throttle it shifts fine and chirps second :]

but when it goes into third it kinds takes a sec and eases into the gear..and if i shift it myself goes into second and if i shift it to third..it ill shift now and it wont catch till like............now lol..id havve to get a vid to show u..and goes into od totally fine..

dont no if its cuz its not tuned or cuz the shift kit any info will help

 

Does it have a converter in it, and did it start doing this after the shift kit?

 

Sounds like the 3-4 clutch may be going the sliding into gear is generally and indicator of that

just bought the car as is

its peels out all of first and second but slowly goes into third..like half engages then bites..could the car not tuned cause this...it wont shift into 3rd at WOT either but i heard thats normal

 

No it should shift to 3rd at WOT sounds like the 3-4 clutch set is on the way out , Time for a rebuild or replacement
