i noticed yesterday that if i give my car 3/4 gas it will shift nice and not act like its banging off the limiter. but when i floor it it bangs the heck out of it.and at 3/4 throttle its full spooled at 8lbs and can really say there feels like no power difference . i can only think something is off in my tune.

 

It could well be in your tune.

Does it do this at all upshifts.... 1-2, 2-3 etc. ?

Not to jump to conclusions...but this is what happened before my last transmission kicked high gear. Under power it slipped really bad causing it to hit the limiter, then it burned up the clutchs shortly after.

Could be something else but that was my experience with similar symptoms.
