Th 350 -th400

Th 350 -th400 ok lets see, i thought i had a good cheap TH400 but it turned out to be a old pontiac with the goofy bellhousing, so, cant use that.
i ahve a TH350 sitting in my garage, should i do anything with it, my 4l60e has 135k on her so times ticking.
so
would it be benificial to throw the TH350 in ( i know i lose OD)
how much strong is it than the 4l60e (if any at all)
can i use either my stall or a stall for a th350
and i already know the DS will have to shiortened or lengthend
