Vibration in neutral.

Im getting ready to install my performabuilt when it comes in but should I get a flexplate because my car vibrates when I rev it up in neutral?

if so where can I?

That may or may not be the source of the vibration, but if you have the money it wouldn't be a waste to put a stronger one in. Maybe get one from Summit, get bolts too.
