i traded my new cam for a tci super streetfighter torque converter , i called tci and was told it has balloon plates and has a 3500 stall but my converter wont lock up any advice is this a good converter i was told from tci it would cost about 200 plus shipping to have it freshend up it seems like a good deal but how good is this converter , looking for some feedback

Cant say on the TCI haven't used one but did the old converter lockup and is it actually a lockup converter ?
