the transgo kit states that you can have full control of first second and third gears but my tranny consol reads P.R.N.OD.D.2. would i still be able to install the transgo HD2 kit with no problems .

you still have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. you also have 4th.

in OD(overdrive) the car shifts 1-2-3-4
in D(drive) the car shifts 1-2-3
in 2 the car shifts 1-2(unless it's 2000+ then it starts in 2 and stays there)

you also have gear 1, it's just not labeled on the selector. on 93 camaros and possibly other years depending on options 1st gear is blocked off and not labeled. you can remove a pin from the selector mechanism and it will allow you to pull the gear selector down past 2 and into 1. fun for burnouts and what not, i'm sure you can find a guide on here somewhere.

also, if your car is a 93, you don't have a 4l60e. you have a 4l60. same thing just not electronically controlled. i believe internally it's almost identical to a 700r4.

unless your car is a v6 then i have no clue.
