Why does the dyno graph with a Vig 3600 have a flat line?

Saw two different dyno graphs of a cars with the Vig 3600...there was a flat spot ~4500 for several hundred rpm and it was a straight line.

Are you talking about HP or torque? Im assumeing HP...
I bet its the fact that they are not very efficient.

The horsepower line was flat.

I'm not up on A4 stuff, but I'm trying to get informed for a new project.

All Vig's have that line and it's supposedly from it's low efficiency, or vice versa. My Midwest shows the same flat spot on the graph and I learned that Midwest and Vig have alot of the same internal parts, which makes sense. If you want efficiency, go with a Yank.
