They are likley using Google ADS same as we do. We use them because well did some math and for the price it cost to have the big banner at the top pop up every once in a while through tech , You can use the google ads targeted and pop up 100 times more often in more places on the site. But I dont think I have seen SHIFT BROTHERS or PROFORMTRANS in any of them I will have to watch, Of course TECH has no control over what pops up as google ads.

??? I hope you're not confusing Performabuilt with probuilttrans,or proformtrans. Performabuilt is a completely different company. I know because i picked up my transmission in person from each one. Performabuilt is a sponsor on this site, and for good reason.

Glad you made that clear , The truth is this seibert guy has on several occasions used a name close to ours. Copied large parts of our website at least once completely. He has also done the same with another reputable companies site whos not a sponsor "PROBUILT AUTOMATICS" I think it is and attempt at confusion and deciet by him. So beware if its spelled wrong even if close to either its still not us.

Default More crap!

Don't know how he keeps such good feedback on ebay. The guy at the trans shop that I had install mine said that he didn't think the servo cover looked right and wanted to look inside so I told him to go for it. Glad I did! He ended up putting in corvette servo, beast shell, clutches and whatever else was missing. The clutches in it were stock GM.
I didn't file complaint because it took me so long to get around to getting it installed feedback had closed. Anyone that would send out junk like this wouldn't be worth hassling for reparations. Trying to get a deal and probably got what i deserve.

I didn't say anything about performabuilt, I hope you're not forgetting how to read?

The trans company in the ads is also known as maddog transmissions. They have somewhere around 10-15 alias company names and advertise all different names but you can catch some of the same people in two totally different company pictures and they use different addresses.

Default Right one!

Nope! I got the right one "proformtrans" is the one that got me. After my local trans shop went through it "TORQUE & TUNE" it seems to work fine. Don't know how long it will hold up though. My local guy seemed more upset than me. Like I said I probably got what I deserve.
Maybe it'll last till I can afford to put another one in.
