4L60E stays in 2nd gear

4L60E stays in 2nd gear I need your help guys..
I just finished a swap of a LQ4/4L60E onto my Jeep Wagoneer.
Everything looks ok with the engine but I´m having troubles with the 4L60E.
If I shift into D it goes 1st then 2nd and stays there……
If I do it manually, I can shift 1st, 2nd and when I shift 3rd it goes as neutral…no power at all.
The wiring harness is from the donor truck, a 2002 Chevy 2500 with the LQ4 and a 4L80E.
Nelson Performance custumize the harness and reprog the ECM. They did repin the plug of the harness in order to work with the 4L60E.
Any clue on this ¿?
