Default Transmission Lines

Do I need to use any kind of sealant on the lines that go into the transmission when I reinstall them? thanks.

Just put my trans back in the other day and I didnt and no leaks. The one thing I didnt do was blow the old lines out...so make sure you dont make the same mistake I did!

i guess it depends on the condition there in. i put thread sealant on mine to be safe and they still leaked so i have to fix that. PITA to get to

VERY VERY VERY good point.....dont want any kind of **** in those lines or could possible be kissing ur new tranny good bye.
