I have a buddy with an 02 A4 T/A, I am new to the A4 cars. Can a shift kit be installed in these cars to improve the shifts along with tuning or is it done strickly by tuning. I know alot can be done with tuning software to change shift timing, firmness, etc, I just didn't know if anything mechanical needs to be done too. The car will be making around 400 rwhp and will have a perfomabuilt 4000 stall in it too. Is there anything else that can be done to help the trans live along with a cooler? Thanks.
