OK guys, my car is in getting a warranty on the transmission service and I asked them if they could throw in my SS3600 (for LS1 F-Body) while it was out. They are now asking me whether or not the converter will work because the transmission they put in was a 4L65E out of an LS2 GTO. I am pretty sure it will work but they are telling me I need a definite answer from someone.

The engine is an LS6 crate engine.

 

If it is an LS series converter it will work in an LS series motor. The 4L60/65/70 will take the same converter in an LS car.
