Dont get your pannies in a wad. your converter will come, just calm down
Thats easy for you to say. I cant drive my car because my brand new TCS converter is out of balance making the car vibrate. just to add insult to injury it will only stall to 2100, not quite what i ordered . I have repeatedly called and emailed. They wont return either
I'll try tomorrow to get a hold of someone.

I can't get ahold of them either, my car is in the shop for a trans rebuild and I told him I needed the converter by the 15th , derrick said he would have it to me. Unless it shows up monday I have no converter to put in my car.My current stall has been sold. So if any of ya'll talk to him tell him I need my converter in the worse way. Clay

Okay this is becoming a little unnerving. I placed an order on 08-29-03 and was told it would ship 7-10 days after payment was confirmed (it was). I talked to Derek (who has been extremely helpful) last Monday who said it would ship last week. I have no tracking information or confirmation it shipped out. I have called them repeatedly and keep getting the answering machine which says: "Due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to answer your call." Not Good!

I called one sponsor who also acknowledged they can not get ahold of anyone at TCS. I'm very patient about this, but would like some response or communication. I only have a couple of weeks of racing season left and still need the converter installed. So any help or input would be appreciated.

I was contemplating on switching to a TCS from my Midwest, but am kinda leary of it now. Everything I have read about TCS says Derek is a great guy, so I am still going to give him a chance. Hopefully their moving process, if thats whats going on, will be over soon. I need a new converter fast...

I'm in much the same boat as you are. I sent payment on 8/26 for my Phoenix. To make matters worse, I leave for school in less than a week . I was really hoping to have everything buttoned up and ready to go before that so that I could hit the track a few times. That being said, I was very pleased with the way I was treated, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I hope everything is ok at TCS.

I agree...Derek always took the time to talk to me, chat, and explain anything that I wanted to know. Its just so hard to beleive that is happening. I never expected this out of TCS or Derek and I would think that he would keep us updated. Its going on 2 weeks...how long does it take to move and to tell everyone whats going on. Im kinda weary about actually following through with the purchase because of this. Customer service is one of the main things that I look for, next would be the quality of the product...has anyone with TCS converters experienced any problems with the converters themselves. I read someone was having trouble with the modified stock units. Im going with a Phoenix, and I wanted to get a little feedback on them. I know how great it is to deal with Derek and all, but hows the quality. I saw a lot of interest on the GP that they had not too long ago, but how many of you own them? Im in no hurry with this converter, but if I was or couldnt move forward without it, then it might be a different story. But to all that is waiting, I feel your pain. I hope everything gets squared away soon. Thanks

I have had 2 phoenix converters; a 3400 and a 4400. They are the highest quality you can buy. I had no issues whatsoever and never heard of anyone having any.

I have only had mine for a short while, but no issues so far and I am very happy with the performance it has put out.
