Exactly, and people like that from the Corvette as well. Corvette has stayed true to it's basic design, layout and styling since the beginning. When lined up from generation to generation, you can see the clear progression of the car from one era to the next. Its styling stays fresh, while still remaining easily indentifiable as a Corvette.

Performance progression has been remarkable during most of the 57 years of Corvette, leaving Corvette as a top performer for it's respective day even in the bleakest of horsepower years. The newest LS3 base Corvettes are easily the absolute best performing brand new cars comparable to anything remotely within their price range. That is a fact.

If you don't like the look of a C6, that's fine as it's purely subjective, but to make the arguement that it's "uncool" based on price, or performance; well that's just plain foolish. Facts don't lie, and the fact is, Corvette is at the top of it's game. It's the one thing GM has really done perfectly in recent years.
