lean code?

lean code? anyone getting a lean code on decel? after driving for a while it always seems to be if driving for more that 5 or 6 hours in a day i pop a lean code on both banks.. hopefully i fixed the problem today, a friend of mine, a great vette tuner told me a bout this issue that the 04 z06 had... they did not put a screen on the mass air sensor and when you put an aftermarket intake like a k&n like i have on mine... it will throw a lean code from time to time... everytime that it did i would hook my scanner up and there were no pending codes but they were in the history... so i purchased a halltech honeycomb insert and installed it... have read great reviews of this product... just wanted to put that out there... by the way my car is an 05 v

Check all the clamps on your intake.
Wouldnt hurt to take them all off, clean them up and re-insall them.
Its most likley a intake leak unless you maf has gone bad.
