Default Upper rear spring "perch" (rubber cone thing) ... how's it attach?

All the times I've had the rear springs in and out of my car, I was bound to break something. The upper rubber cone/perch thing that the spring sits on broke off of whatever it's attached by. It appeared to just be a bolt that attached it that broke, but I'm not entirely sure. Websites for Autozone and the like don't seem to sell the part, so I'm wondering if anyone knows what it's actually called and/or where I could get a new bolt. Any ideas?

From what I remember it's just a plastic body push rivet, just used to hold the rubber bushing inplace while you have the coil out.

I just wedged it back in when I reinstalled the springs and it's been holding there just fine, but I'm now toying with the idea of "Edmod"-ing the top, like I did the bottom (3/8ths sheet of hard durometer rubber between the spring perch and the control arm, to "raise" the h&r's ride height a bit). I think I can make a similar "washer" to fit between this upper cone mount and the body to give me another bit of lift. Soon enough I'll be back to OEM ride height with H&R springs...LOL
