Default Speed engineering headers

As the title suggests, has anyone tried the speed engineering headers on their V1? I had some on my C5 vette and they fit perfectly and were a great for the value so I was hoping to get some feedback on anyone who had tried these headers already.

specifically was the install straight forward and are there any clearance issues? I have creative steel motor mounts so no sagging factory mounts affecting the install.

Several people use them, they fit nice but hang low. On other Chinese headers, people have had to make clearance around the steering shaft. Personally keep an eye out for used 2” kooks or stainless works V2 headers. If running headers on a v1, you will need to reroute the starter cable.

your going to want to order factory manifold gaskets and fasteners along with a big3 wiring kit. The gaskets that come with the headers fail fast the same with the fasteners. The big3 kit allows you to reroute the wires to prevent damage
