I've been working on my launches to get the most traction with no wheel slip to avoiding the wheel hop. Have any of you guys gotten to 60mph in first gear with out absolutly red lining the engine? and if you have was it anywhere close to 4.6 sec?

60mph in first gear can't be done as your rpm's top out around 40mph in first. I've had some great 1-2 shifts with little wheel hop that have felt extremely quick. However I still struggle getting the beast off the line as quickly as I'd like everytime.

 

Never get to 60 in 1st, but with my crossbar, my 1-2 shifts are almost seemless.

But, I'm too busy driving to clock the time, sorry....
