Rear diff
I know that toothpicks are stronger, and i know of the epic failures. My question is, what are the racing v owners doing about it? Are any sponsors (ie moser/strange) making aftermarket, stronger rears? Anyone fabricating anything? Is there a fix to the plague?
I ask because ive always loved CTS-V's but i refuse to buy one because of the rears. Or until someone fixes the problem, because it doesnt seem like GM is going to.

out of the rear what u demand of it, with that being said
no1 makes dik for these cars do to the low production numbers...
the want wont over ride the need. you might have 2000 hard core enthusiasts
that want/demand more from the rearends. after doing the math u can see why
it's never gonna happen as far as product development. my .02
for the money, if serious drag racing is your goal...it's best to go a different route.
but as mike said, it really isn't that bad...unless you beat the **** out of your car. i drive hard, but i don't dump the clutch from a dig higher than 2.5k rpms...not even so much as a subtle whine coming from my backside. or maybe the kooks/magnaflow drown it out
