Default Odd looking plugs, Off Idle Miss

Found something interesting I wanted to run past you guys. I did a brief search and only found one thread that had a similar situation but the car was modified. I have bone stock 2009 CTS-v that I would like to begin to modify. I decided a couple of weeks ago to pull the tune file for the car and noticed something very odd. The stock file is commanding 24 degrees at WOT. On the log I created while driving around randomly I found that at inconsistently, and at different points in the file, I would jump on it, and it would take off and then pull a few degrees of knock retard. I dug into the file and made a few changes. Removed all the burst knock, and still got it. Dropped the timing down to 20 degrees; I got it a little less but it still cropped up every couple of pulls.

Un-related: I noticed my idle since I purchased the car last year was a little rough for a stock car. But the car drives fantastic and feels pretty insane, so I never paid much attention to it. I decided to pull the plugs and this is what I found.

The stock plugs were still in there (70k miles). The part that had me scratching my head was how inconsistent the wear was. The worst of the plugs had a gap of .10 . If you look at the photo above the worst 3 plugs were in cylinders 1, 2, and 3.... very odd. The best was in cylinder #7.

I replaced the plugs with BR7EF plugs gapped at .033 . The kicker... the off idle miss I had is more pronounced. New, properly gapped plugs and I feel the miss while driving or I should specify coming off throttle, lightly. I ordered wires to throw at it but I am not confident that is going to fix the problem. Something else has to be going on here

Thoughts?
