Yeah sometimes they list the ballast separately as well. I have a drivers side headlight that is in great shape but it flickers from time to time. I bought it for a spare, installed it to drive while I polished mine up and then changed it back out.

 

i'll keep looking. So far i see see ballast for the 08-10??-CTS-V.

It's so aggrevating that when i do drive my car at night i have to use the brights. I would need to find a clean set to swap out for.
