Possible house :) Long story short Gf (of going on 7yrs) parents rented out there house up in the north as they work in toronto, and they and my gf and i are both renting apartments in the same city. We decided to pool money and buy a house and split the $'s. He is a contractor so pumping some equity in to it will be just a material cost issue.
Found a duplex for a great price (finished upper and lower units so perfect for our two seperate familys) and it has an awesome garage out back that her dad said "is all his' (me
). So the Trans-Am will have a home at my residence, and I can actually get some work done on it!
Garage would get insolated, heated and I have enough room to yank the motor if I want to!
