Yes, 15% of the value charged to the Canadian. The solution is mark the product with a value of less than $20 US and you should be ok. US Air Mail is the best so far for me. BTW Great looking Firebird!

Yes, you will incure no charges other than for shipping. The receiver (who I assume is Canadian) will pay the taxes on the parts plus possibly brokerage fees but there will be no duty assessed.
Don't send it UPS they rape us on brokerage fees, use USPS
