Default Front mount dist. question

Where are you guys getting the block off plate that goes on top of the GM timing cover?it has 2 bolts holes and looks like the same shape as a fuel pump block off plate.it sits right next to the dist.on the right side.

If you use a mechanical fuel pump, I think, it has to be a ford, so look at ford fuel pump block off plates.

I was looking at that mechanical fuel pump location and I was thinking that if the fuel pump diaphragm sprung a leak, fuel would leak inside your motor. Seems like a small oversight unless I am missing something.
