cam for ls3 engine

cam for ls3 engine ive been debating on doing a cam swap in my ls3. the cam thats in there now is a 226in 136ex with a .525 lift for both i was looking to do a cam,spring and pushrod swap in my motor but for me to justify spending 5xx dollars i would want to at least pick up at least 2 tenths from my current 10.79 @121 in my 3300 lb car
i called texas speed today and he said that it he would probably set me up with a 231 236 cam . said i couldnt go much bigger than that considering the size of the valves in my heads and that i probably would only pick up maybe 10 horse and that it wouldnt be really worth it..
whats your guys take on this . any suggestions or reccomendations?

I am going bigger, but I am going to use REAL GOOD springs, and I will have to flycut for PtoV clearence.
I cant share any specs because it is a custom grind and I am not sure if I can. Plus it isnt even together yet.lol

yeah its the 515.. ill be going to the track this sunday to try out my 950 carb and change the timing to a tune that someone gave me a try if it dont pick up enough then in goes the 6.0 with the t6 garrett and blow through with a water to air i.c.
