Default Demon float level...help!

Ok, so here's my question.

I know Demon has their problems, so this may just be a typical problem.

But, here's the deal. The front float cooperates fine; the rear float level won't lower. It's at the VERY top of the sight glass, but the adjuster nut is all the way in.

Ideas?

I assume you are letting some fuel out of the rear bowl after each adjustment, and then letting the needle/seat determine the level as it re-fills?
If so then maybe that needle/seat is toast, look it over close.

If the nut is all the way in then the needle is all the out meaning high float level.

Could be trash in the seat ?

As above, pull it apart...take a look...clean/replace as needed...flip the bowl upside down and pre-set it before re-installing...then you can set it closer once running.

This would be my course of action...
