Demon float level...help!

Ok, so here's my question.
I know Demon has their problems, so this may just be a typical problem.
But, here's the deal. The front float cooperates fine; the rear float level won't lower. It's at the VERY top of the sight glass, but the adjuster nut is all the way in.
Ideas?

Could be trash in the seat ?
As above, pull it apart...take a look...clean/replace as needed...flip the bowl upside down and pre-set it before re-installing...then you can set it closer once running.
