For a cam recommendation we will need more info about your set up (gears, converter etc) and intended usage (track/street). You may need a different flywheel depending on which tranny you run. I suspect you are aware of the need for different motor mounts or adapter plates??

The junkyard is your friend!

Is it a v6 car or already a v8? I'm thinking about stuff you could keep if you are just swappping out a small block.

If is a v6 then you're going to need a transmission and possibly front springs maybe a radiator.

It is EFI now, right? You'll need a step down fuel pressure regulator or a low pressure fuel pump.

Well, search for my car or just dig around on www.thirdgen.org where it has been done several times, great infor there for swaps and the rest of the info can be had right here. I do not have time to list everything I used in my 89 camaro.

I have a really nice 750 street HP with fuel line for sale.

It is a ver very nice carb and has had no changes to it from holley. Used it this summer on a 6.0
