anybody tried a two four intake yet?
wondering if anybody who did a swap tried a 2x4 intake?..i have a ls3 with a 6 speed and im thinking of a 2x4,so it kinda will resemble a yenko 4 speed 2x4 nova but be upgraded with all the goodies

Sounds like your looking for a showpiece. The 2 fours would be good for that.
It would be good for someone that needed more airflow than one carb can allow. But for driving on the street or straight out performance two - fours are nothing but double your trouble.
I wouldn't use it for anything I drove regularly or anything below 8's in the 1/4 mile.

I wouldnt say 2 x 4 are Bad. Several famous muscle cars from the late 60s had fast ETs with 2x4 ... Ford, GM and MOPAR all had high end Muscle running this setup.
Tru I agree tuning is a little tricky with 2x4 and with modern intake design it has been proven that a Single Plane intake with DP Carb will make for better performance.
