fuel pump?
I seriously don't understand why so many people recommend the noisy a$$ holley pumps for such a mild street truck. If you have a race car with loud exhaust, its all good. I personally don't like the sound. Even with rubber isolating, I can hear the drone, as well as the people at the cruise in. I put up with it on the Dakota because I need that much pump to supply my 6.0 and the NOS.
I have used the pump that Pop n Wood and I recommended in a low 11 second truck and my 11.5 Blazer with a 6.0, with no problems. It makes very little noise being rotary design and no need for a pressure regulator. I have a fuel pressure guage inline but don't really need it IMO. Its just there for peace of mind. You could just bolt it on and go as its internally regulated.
BTW its reasonably priced also.
