stock 650 dp jetting is either 67 pri and 73 sec or 67 pri and 76 sec both have 6.5 power valve in the primary circuit. your hesitation is more than likely coming from improper accelerator pump adjustment. What is your combination. Maybe Me or someone on here can help you get it dialed in.

Id leave the secondary where they are at and always do your tuning on the primary to get it away from the traffic lights. Maybe start at 68 in the primary and do a plug check after a WOT test. 50cc pump will help as long as it is adjusted properly. I have a 5.3 bored to 5.7 in a 96 s10 and it has 650dp. carb setup:
69 pri
73 sec
4.5 hg powervalve in pri
none in sec
pink pump cam on 2nd screw hole front and 1st on rear
Edelbrock/MSD box curve 3 chip
crisp tune plugs greyish brown wicked throttle response
