Default swap help

Lots of swap info here,so im curious. Anyone give me some tips on putting a 2010 camaro LS into a 94 camaro Z28?? Mounts,manifolds etc. Anything helps. Just did a 6.2 Jeep swap,now this. Going to swap all from the 2010 camaro,,including automatic. Thanks for the help. Still looking for best timing for my carbed LS jeep. Thanks all. GREAT INFO SITE!!! LOTS OF SMART STUFF HERE!!!

Not sure but I've heard you will need a 98 and newer k member and steering rack. And maybe an f body oil pan. I love ls swaps! Good luck!

Pretty much, the lt1 parts are not a good option for a Ls swap, I found out and regret not using Ls I member and other parts on a 95 z I swapped a 6.0 into.

Hmm, Really. I'm glad I checked here first. I thought it'd be kinda simple. didn't know I'd have to swap k-member and steering. I thought 94 and up camaro's were the same. You guys probably saved me alot of headaches. May just get an old car to put it in simpler. Thanks

It is easier with the old vehicles, i did the 6.0 with a 95 Z and the manifolds woudnt even fit past the LT1 steering shaft without some work!

Were they the ss camaro manifolds?? how did you make em fit??

They were 98-02 manifolds and I had to trim the steering shaft if I remember right.
