Default msd 6010 + boost

for running boost with the 6010 do you have to figure out at what rpm boost comes in at or can you get a 2 ba map sesor and just take timing away whenver it goes into boost not based of engine rpm?

Two BAR MAP for up to 15#, three BAR for up to 30#. You can set it up to pull timing anywhere in the MAP curve from max vacuum to max boost.

if you didnt want to use map, you could just start pulling timing around 2500 on the RPM scale and slide it down, or wherever you start seeing around 4-5 lbs boost, depending on the engine specs
i used the MAP scale, but started out with the RPM orig, untill i got head wraped around how map worked, lol

You set up a table in the software saying just how much timing advance or retard to put at each level of vacuum and boost. It will do anything you want it to do, easy cheesy.
