MAP settings?

Ive been reading and reading and the MAP sensor setting for a MSD 6010 is making my head spin. Anyone know what are good settings for my street driven car?

I will go with 0-500 rpm is 12 degrees
600-1900 rpm is 24 degrees
2000 to 7200 is 34 degrees

Motor is ls1, mild port 243, milled 11.1, Pro systems carb. 700R trans,vic. jr. Stock LS1 MAP sensor.

I am still set up pretty much like post #2.

However, to get yours right for your vehicle, you need a vacuum gauge and some road testing.
