I would get a custom grind for your application. Maybe list more info like single plane or dual, trans/ converter, rear gear etc and speedtigger, Martin or one of the other guys can give a recommendation.
From my research a cam with more overlap and earlier intake valve close will be better suited for a carbed application. This usually requires a custom grind but the price is usually within 20 bucks of a cam designed for the factory style long runner intakes.

If your getting a deal thats good enough then I say give it a try. I thought if you were spending $400 for it then you should get a custom.
That cams a little on the small side for a 6.0 combined with the low overlap it will be giving up some power but if your not concerned with squeezing the max potential out of it, throw it in and enjoy it. As you know these motors make good streetable power as they come, you'll be happy.

In my malibu, with 799 heads(same as 243).....just as an FYI if you ever wanted to go with a bit bigger cam, take a look a my results in my signature below....I couldnt be happier with it.
