Which block Hey fellas I gotta question......I'm going carbureted.....But I don't know which engine to choose. ..I'm looking for suggestions please it will be use for strip /street and sometimes cruise....LQ4 with L92 heads...Or Lq9 with 243 heads or ported 317. ..6.2 engine..it's going in a 86 ss monte carlo. ...With posi 373......Or just give me a suggested combo...thanks........

What kind of times and MPG you hope for ?
Looking at the LS3 525 from GM, it really isn't a bad deal for the average guy.
Now, you could get one built from any one of the sponsors here also which could be a better deal depending on your wants/needs.
I couldn't say what 1 combo is best....
