Default Front acessorie questions.

I have been thinking about doing a corvette conversion front drive set up , i am just looking for some input if anybody likes it. Not running a/c . just not a fan of the bulky stock front drive . and also do you have to use the ls3 water pump? Thanks !

I run an alternator only corvette front drive on the ls2. The vette set up runs the belt closer to the block. I did make an alternator bracket to put a denso alternator off the side of the head. A stock vette set up would have put the alternator into the strut tower.

Kwik performance and Holley both have kits that will let you put the accessories pretty much anywhere you want them with either the vette, F body or truck belt spacing.

I run the Corvette accessories myself because I hated how high the truck alternator was. It fits great in my GM A-Body chassis.
