I'm thinking of painting my car soon. Too many knicks and dings, she's gonna be 10 this year... they grow up too damn fast, I tell ya.

I'm thinking of... hugger orange, viper blue, or that volkswagen silver they use on the new Jettas. I love that silver. If I had to paint it now, I'd go with hugger orange, though.

I gotta say hugger orange is my favorite color paint for F-Bodies.

How bout you guys?

I think Sunset Orange looks awesome, and of course I love Blue Green Chameleon too.

I've always thought a true Candy Apple Red would look good on an f-body too, here is a Photoshop version of how my 98 Formula would've looked in C.A.R.

I always thought black looked best...as long as it's not a daily driver. But I'd go with Hugger Orange since they didn't make any LT1's in that color...at least I don't think they did.

I think Hugger Orange is the best stock color I've seen on a 4-th Gen.
Combined with chrome wheels the car should turn heads

Go with the 1969 shade of Hugger Orange though, it has a bit more red and is less "milky" looking than the hugger orange offered on the 1999 f-bodies.

I've had a few different colors on F-bodies, even more than one on fourth gens.

BRIGHT RED is my top choice.

Navy Blue Metallic is number 2.

I would like to paint my car Gunmetal Grey with the early '70s Super Duty T/A stripe up the center of the car in medium blue with the proper 3/8" black border strip. I'd like to put on a Shaker hood scoop from a '70s T/A also, but that might not work.
But I don't have any money for a paint job, so I bet I just paint the whole car Flat Black first....these love bugs are just killing me!

I'm gonna stick with Bright Purple Metallic, I think it's the coolest 4th gen color I've ever seen.

Second choice would be Bright Red.

I love the dark blue factory color on ym '00 formula that has purple highlights from certain angles when the sun hits it. I'd paint my Nova the same color or gunmetal gray, but the green interior wouldn't match too well!

I'd vote for the '69 style hugger orange, much better than the '90s version they used

I would vote for navy blue metallic, when kept clean and constantly zainoed, you can't beat the NBM color, its like 3 colors in one..

If I had to repaint my car though I would consider electron blue...
