Window problem..

Window problem.. When rolling up my river side window, the side closest to the windshield does not go up all the way. Leaving a half inch to 1 inch crack, while the side closest to the sail panel is rolled all the way up.
I took the door panels off and I thought it may have been those two things the window slides against when moving up/down. But they weren't screwing anything up. Any ideas? If you'll are unsure what I'm talking about I can get a video.
