Default Pull the trigger?
Im looking at a 2000 camaro ss 6 spd right now for 6500$ and am wondering if its a wise choice. It has 33k miles, full stainless exhaust, ls6 intake, and heads/cam. The guy says he's done about 25 track passes in it. I wouldnt think 25 track passes would be too much but I dont know what kind of abuse these cars can take. Yae or nae?

yeah, I think the reason its still for sale is that is has a salvaged title, but the damage was on a front fender while the dealership owned it apparently. The car is clean as all getout. Just seems too good to be true

When it seems to good to be true... trust your instinct.. 6 grand later im back on the road with my "Steal" purchase.

sounds like a good deal. price is gonna be low cuz of the title. i would check the frame and if is all good id get it. what color?! what heads and cam package?

It was damaged in 06 with 6k miles. Its clear where the damage was, only on the drivers side front fender because if you look closely you can see slight dimples where the fender was popped out. and the fuse box is a little jarred looking. The structural members looked good, but I'll look it over again before I make a final choice. And its white with ls6 heads and some sort of cam. Its not an overly aggressive cam. Interior is nice too. Im leaning 90% towards getting it, just gotta drive it! Thanks for everyones input!

If you have a buddy that works at a auto collision shop have him look at it, if all checks out i say go for it.

Why would it hve a salvage title over a broken fender? salvage titles mean it was totaled by the insurance company because it had ALOt of damage.
